Claude in Chrome extension blocks navigation to vercel.com and github.com

Description

The Claude in Chrome extension blocks navigation to vercel.com and github.com domains with the error: Navigation to this domain is not allowed.

This worked without issues approximately one week ago on a previous setup. No settings were changed by the user — the restriction appears to have been introduced in a recent extension update.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have Claude in Chrome extension installed (latest version as of 2026-04-13)
2. Ask Claude to navigate to https://vercel.com/dashboard or https://github.com
3. Extension returns: Navigation to this domain is not allowed

Expected behavior

Claude should be able to navigate to these domains, or there should be a user-configurable allowlist in the extension settings to permit these domains.

Notes

• The "Your approved sites" section in Permissions shows "No sites have been approved yet" but provides no way to manually add sites.
• OS: Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26200
