computer-use MCP server not available on Max plan (CLI)

Description

The built-in computer-use MCP server does not appear in /mcp despite meeting all documented requirements.

Environment

• Claude Code version: 2.1.104
• Platform: macOS (Darwin 25.4.0, Apple Silicon M4)
• Auth: claude.ai OAuth (Max plan)
• Session type: Interactive

Steps to Reproduce

1. claude → interactive session
2. /mcp
3. computer-use is not listed

Only claude.ai Gmail, claude.ai Google Calendar, and claude-in-chrome appear.

Verified

• /status confirms "Claude Max Account"
• macOS, not Linux/Windows
• v2.1.104 (> 2.1.85 requirement)
• Authenticated through claude.ai, not a third-party provider
• Interactive session, no -p flag
• Restarted Claude Code multiple times

Root cause (from prior issues)

This is the same server-side feature gate issue reported in #41152, #43931, #43976, #46758. The tengu_malort_pedway Statsig gate is not enabled for this account despite being on Max plan. The code and ComputerUseSwift library are present in the binary.

Request

Please enable the computer-use feature gate for this Max account, or clarify when full rollout to all Max/Pro subscribers is expected. The documentation states it's available to Pro and Max plans with no mention of a waitlist or gradual rollout.
