Bug Description
There seems to be no way to disable MCP servers in config, it would be advantagous to have an "enabled" key (defaults to true if omitted) allowing users to keep their MCP server configuration but only enable it when they want to. Looking through Github others have reported this but the issues have been closed without action e.g. https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/17921
