[FEATURE] Conditional CLAUDE.md

Problem Statement

I think it would be awesome to have the ability to conditionally load the CLAUDE.md. Most of the time, I don't even need it as context and I find myself renaming the file just to save tokens. It would be awesome if we had the ability to toggle it on and off.

How about adding a command... something like this? /claude-md off
