[Feature Request] Add secure data flushing option to prevent sensitive data leakage in session history

Bug Description
I was asking Cluade to generate a file with fake key and secret value for my financial institution in the directory, which i would have manually populated with the real value. Claude copied the actual data from the file and displayed in the session window. I ended the session window but give user a way to not only end session but to flush out such data so it gets all cleared
