[BUG] Input text remains after sending message

What's Wrong?

After sending a message, the input text is not cleared and remains in the input field. This happens with both Japanese IME and ASCII input.

• Claude Code version: 2.1.104
• OS: macOS
• Reproducible in: Terminal app, CMUX

What Should Happen?

The input field should be cleared after a message is sent.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code in Terminal or CMUX
2. Type any message (e.g. "hello")
3. Press Enter to send
4. After the response appears, the typed text remains in the input field instead of being cleared
