[Bug] Anthropic API Error: text content blocks must be non-empty when sending image-only messages

Bug Description
i send image only without text then i get message "API Error: 400 messages: text content blocks must be non-empty". i'm trying restart session but it not work. i found error message API Error 400 messages every times.
