Feature Request: Main Agent System Prompt

Now that we have subagents, I usually use my primary/main agent which is the one I prompt, as an orchestrator, I wanted to give him a special prompt so he understands better how to prompt each subagent and coordinate the work.

It would be great if I had a place where I can enter this system prompt so he can already work as this orchestrator only, currently if I modify the CLAUDE.MD my understanding is that this would be shared on the subagents too, for now Im dealing with this with a command that I just call everytime I start a new session, but it would be great if I could just have a system prompt for that main agent.

I understand we can use keywords like proactively, must use, etc on the subagent descriptions but being able to define this behavior more explicitly and control it would come a long way and I imagine it shouldnt be that challenging to just add another file that it can load automatically
