[Feature Request] Render specs and plans as HTML in visual brainstorming companion server

Bug Description
When the visual brainstorming companion server is running, specs and plans should also be rendered there for review — not just mockups. The user already has the browser open, so pushing specs/plans as HTML saves them from navigating to the file system to read markdown. The markdown file remains the source of truth, but the browser should be used as a convenient review surface whenever it's available.
