[Bug] Claude responds with generic confirmations instead of performing requested code changes

Bug Description
It always says "You are right" which is a sign that it doesnt even think, currently even I ask it to change a width of an html element, it doesnt know how to do it, instead it refactor the whole thing. It used to be smart, now its the worst AI.
