Opus 4.6 is getting dumber

Bug Description
I don't know if this matters, but Opus 4.6 is getting stupid day by day. I use /effort Max all the time. Few months ago, CC + opus was my only tool. Now i have Chatgpt Pro subscription and codex has my 50% workload and climbing. If you guys don't fix this soon, i'll have to jump ship. Love what you guys are doing, but the model is just dumb. Codex requires just one pass from spec to implementation without errors, opus on the other hand, requires so much handholding and debugging. It can't even adhere to skills properly. Plus gpt 5.4 xHigh Fast is consuming less weekly budget than opus 4.6.
