[BUG] Getting too many Opus 5.5 (1M context)'s safeguards flagged this session

What's Wrong?

When i started multiple agents to go through a github branch which i cloned localy and is not yet merged with the main branch , i asked to go through new code and look for potential crashes and create a bug report as i am a databse tester in mariadb

What Should Happen?

it starts in beginning and starts finding issues then it stops , it should not stop
