[Feature Request] Add support for external color and rename configuration outside user session

Feature Request
let me change color or set color outside of the user session. I want to be able to have it color my prompt as it goes through stages of a skill or even some external event that a script is watching that is aware of the claude code session that will change the color. same with /rename, which kind of works for launch with name, but rename and color outside of just the commands
