[BUG] Windows, panel shows but no prompt, started after update

What's Wrong?

I opened the Visual Studio Code as usually. The Claude Code panel appears on the right but I have no prompt in it. I tried several methods to fix it but nothing works. I am for the moment able to use the CLI version.

What Should Happen?

Investigate and fix.
