[BUG] Session started with 93% context usage already

What's Wrong?

Just opened claude-code after reaching limit before and it's on 93% usage already...

What Should Happen?

I should have 0 limits after session reset and starting new task

2. Limit reached
3. Wait for limit reset
4. Continue working - session is already 93%
