[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Garbled/Corrupted Response Output

Bug Description
I have run into a few bugs now, at first I asked Claude Code to conduct an audit of my icons in my frontend directory. I was thrown an API error twice stating it was against usage policy. Then I asked the same query in another session and this was the output I received.
