[Bug] Garbled/Corrupted Output Formatting in CLI Display

Bug Description
Format of the output inside the claude code cli is messed up. It just randomly put Words in the output and the extra wordsthat put here are higlighted. I don't know you will be able to see bit I cann't really explain. Hopefully you get the issue is and also in bug report can you give option to attach images as well that will help us alot in reporting.
