The plugin sync in Claude org settings is showing an infinite spinner and not completing. No updates are being pulled from the repo.

Was working fine previously, no changes to repo structure or marketplace.json

Tried refreshing the page, issue persists

Expected: Sync completes and shows updated plugin list.
Actual: Spinner runs indefinitely with no error message.
