What's Wrong?

Sometimes, when responding to claude's question, I will start with numbers. The problem is that feedback consumes the number before I even have a change to look at it, meaning that I give random feedback (usually 1, but sometimes I'll start with 3 or 2). I do not know how common this is, but its at least skewing numbers from me.

What Should Happen?

Probably a confirmation for feedback, or some other mechanism to give feedback

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

Be in the middle of a long planning and discussion session.
Plan with numbers.
Eventually get Feedback request.
But you are planning with numbered lists so the feedback is just whatever number you happened to be typing.
