[BUG] Max x5 subscription silently cancelled.

What's Wrong?

I had no policy violations. I never used any other product besides Claude Code and chat with Claude on the web. Yet my subscription was cancelled 1 week before it should have ended. No email, no warning. What do I do?

It should have lasted until April 16th
