[BUG] Edits hidden by collapsible in TUI require mouse input to view

What's Wrong?

The latest Claude code release tucks away edits made by the agent behind a collapsible, so I’ve got to click to expand it. This is a TUI, so a mouse shouldn't be considered a viable way to interact, plus it hides crucial data which means I have to click just to see what happened.

Please bring back the previous functionality!!
