What's Wrong?

Include the following in your report:

Device: Snapdragon X X126100 (ARM64)
OS: Windows 11 Pro
Claude version: 1.1348.0.0 arm64
Error: VM starts successfully (HCS shows success) but Linux kernel never boots, coworkd log frozen at last successful session, all subsequent VM starts produce no coworkd output
Steps already tried: full LocalCache wipe, HNS network rebuild, sessiondata.vhdx deletion, service restart, clean reinstall

Also search existing issues for "ARM64 Windows cowork" or "Snapdragon cowork" as there may already be an open issue you can add your details to, which gets more attention than a new report.
This is a known rough area for Cowork on Windows and Anthropic is actively patching it. Filing the issue is the most productive next step given where we are.
