[Bug] Undetected database drift causes data inconsistency requiring full reset

Bug Description
This one is not quite as bad as the 50 TB that were deleted a couple weeks ago off of a hard drive where all I was trying to do was get Claude to reorganize a drive and rename some files. 50 TB of demo reel material I've been saving up for the past decade, by the way. But this one is still pretty bad. We've been building a ton of stuff, and somehow this just continued to get missed over and over and over again. Now, all of a sudden, it pops up out of nowhere today, and there's this massive drift. The only recommendation is a nuclear option: to nuke my database and essentially start over at some level.
