[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Third-party app usage billing despite remaining plan quota

Bug Description

I have NEVER used any third-party apps with Claude — not once. Yet I'm getting this third-party usage error that's completely blocking Claude Code. I followed your instructions, claimed the $100 credit you offered, and it STILL doesn't work. My usage is at 7%. I'm a paying Max subscriber. What exactly am I supposed to do here? This is unacceptable. Can you explain exactly what criteria triggered this error on my account? I've never used any third-party apps.
