[BUG] Shared chat experience is poor

What's Wrong?

  1. Shared Claude Code session links fail silently for users without Claude Code access — black screen on mobile, confusing upgrade prompt on desktop. At minimum, show a clear message explaining that the link requires a Claude Code-eligible plan.
  2. When shared via iMessage, the link does not open. The user must copy/paste the link into the browser but there is no instruction to do so.

What Should Happen?

  1. Clear instructions should be provided to the sharer, explaining the requirements for the recipient.
  2. A working link should be provided that works across sharing methods.
  3. The link should resolve to a landing page with clear instructions about required steps to view the shared chat.
