[BUG] Shared chat experience is poor

What's Wrong?
- Shared Claude Code session links fail silently for users without Claude Code access — black screen on mobile, confusing upgrade prompt on desktop. At minimum, show a clear message explaining that the link requires a Claude Code-eligible plan.
- When shared via iMessage, the link does not open. The user must copy/paste the link into the browser but there is no instruction to do so.
What Should Happen?
- Clear instructions should be provided to the sharer, explaining the requirements for the recipient.
- A working link should be provided that works across sharing methods.
- The link should resolve to a landing page with clear instructions about required steps to view the shared chat.
