Bug Description

I just started this to use with Owner avatar
claude-code-ide.el for the first time on a project and saw the following even though I'm running Debian on an Intel PC:
<img width="1045" height="601" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/313f5082-d7da-4cb4-982b-b5a568c73e31" />

These key bindings, in the emacs environment, would be better expressed using Emacs conventions (_e.g._, C-ESC instead of Cmd+Esc). Further, to my knowledge, OS X systems are the only ones with a Cmd, so users on Windows might be thrown by the reference to Cmd.

Perhaps, when an editor or IDE is using the CLI, it could tell Claude Code what the keybindings are?
