▎ - Logged into claude.ai as team/organization account
▎ - Chrome restarted after installation
▎ - Claude Code running on same account
▎ - Error: "Browser extension is not connected"
▎ - Tried: reinstalling extension, verifying site access permissions, re-enabling extension
