Model and product selector for dispatch

Problem Statement

Using Opus by default for everything related to Dispatch and Cowork is wasteful. Also, the user doesn't have a full control over delegating work to Claude Code vs. Cowork. Sometimes, despite clear instructions in CLAUDE.md the work is delegated to Claude Code (worktrees I don't need)

Proposed Solution

As a user, I want to:

• Run multiple Dispatch sessions with different models orchestrating work (Sonnet, Opus).
• Control models for dispatched tasks (Sonnet, Opus). Right now, Dispatch can't start Cowork sessions with Sonnet.
• Start new, kill, and switch between multiple Dispatch sessions - also on mobile
• Restrict Dispatch from delegating work to Claude Code for knowledge work, e.g., default settings + overriding per session

Alternative Solutions

Remote Cowork sessions, no need to use Dispatch
