[Feature Request] Add an option to restrict the Task Tool to the available subagents only

If I understand correctly, the Task Tool manages the subagents
I would like an option to restrict the Task Tool to only work with available subagents
For example, if I ask to search the web using the Task Tool but there's no web search subagent available, then it shouldn't work
