[Feature Request] Add setting to hide/minimize permission mode label and restrict available modes

Feature Request: Compact permission mode indicator

The permission mode label in the status bar takes up space when you rarely change it. It'd be nice to have options to:

1. Compact mode — Show just the icon (e.g. the bypass/plan icon) instead of the full text label
2. Restrict visible modes — Allow configuring which modes appear in the switcher. For example, I only use "bypass permissions" and occasionally "plan mode", so I'd like to hide the others.

This would reduce visual noise for users who have a settled workflow and rarely toggle between all modes.
