  • [x] This is a single feature request (not multiple features)

Problem Statement

The Preview panel in Claude Code Desktop shows Clawd walking sideways as a placeholder when no dev server is running. However, official promotional videos and the Sticker Mule store (stickermule.com/claudecode) feature 10+ Clawd states — headphones, wand, heart, book, magnifier, dizzy, skateboard, cape, and more.

Many users see these materials and assume the multi-state Clawd is a real feature in the desktop app. Some have spent significant time and effort trying to find or enable it.

Proposed Solution

Implement Clawd state animations in the Preview panel that react to Claude Code session activity (thinking, tool use, errors, idle, etc.). The assets clearly already exist — it would be great to see them come to life in the product.
