[FEATURE] Bring back the usage stats panel on the Desktop new session screen

Problem Statement

After the latest Desktop update (Windows, Code tab), the stats panel that used to show on the new session screen is gone: Overview/Models tabs, Sessions, Messages, Total tokens, Active days, Peak hour, Favorite model, the activity heatmap and the All/30d/7d filters.

The new session screen is now empty, and there is no setting to turn the panel back on.

That panel was the quickest way to follow my own usage without opening a terminal.

Proposed Solution

Bring the panel back, or add a setting to show it on the new session screen.

Alternative Solutions

/stats in the CLI still works, but most of my day is in the Desktop app.
