[BUG] the questionare while doing things with claude is very annoying.

What's Wrong?

que questionare is fucking extremely annoying!! please remove it!! or at least make claude aware of it!! if i answer claude gets confused, and depending on the current context, it might lead to unfortunate causes of action of the agent assuming my response, say: "3" is something else..

What Should Happen?

it should not be btwn me and claude.

i respond with numbers and claude take the number as an action, its extremely annoying!!

start a session with claude
wait until the questionare shows up
when it asks, hows claude code going, put any number from 1 to 5.
