[Bug] Builder subagent hangs consuming tokens without producing results

Bug Description
Builder subagent ran a very long time with no result. Consumed 50% of session tokens to no result. I asked Co-Pilot to action the worktree, also using Sonnet 4.6 /medium and it worked fine.
