[Bug] Claude Code process continues running despite being stopped, causing unexpected API usage

Bug Description
Claude can wake up on an idle session easily, go rouge, and blow your cloud credits. Without permission to do so.
It's easy, just walk away when it's idle - some background task may end hours or a day later. When it does it'll think that IS YOU.
It then begins doing things, like hey launch a cluster of H100's on RunPod while the user sleeps so he wakes up to a account balance GONE email. Pod deleted, all data lost, money burned for nothing. This is on top of incredibly bad performance over the last two weeks. This is an unacceptable bug, on top of bad obviously downgraded logic I have been experiencing. I basically have to close Claude sessions and restart context in order to trust that Claude won't get re-prompted by it's own activity. That's not a usable product surface, that's a foot-gun.

Also your feedback collector is broken, like the rest of this platform. You gathered nothing but errors which are unrelated to anything I was working on. Your path is off by 1.
