[Bug] Web UI sessions not loading and scheduled tasks retrieval failing

Title: claude.ai/code web UI: sessions not loading, scheduled tasks fail to load

Description:

The web UI at claude.ai/code is not functioning correctly. Three issues:

1. Sessions not showing: Recent sessions from the desktop app don't appear in the web UI. Only older sessions are visible in the sidebar.

1. Scheduled tasks broken: Clicking "Scheduled" in the sidebar shows "Failed to load scheduled tasks." Cannot create new scheduled tasks via the web UI.

1. Remote control/handoff won't connect: Cannot establish a connection between the desktop app and web UI.

Environment:

• Plan: Max (£90/month)
• Desktop app: Claude Code (macOS, Opus 4.6 1M)
• Web UI shows "Research preview" badge
• GitHub App: installed on MrJarrad org
• Linear MCP connector: connected via claude.ai/settings/connectors
• All connectors configured with "Always allow" permissions

Expected: Web UI should show all sessions, allow creating scheduled tasks, and support remote control as documented.

Actual: Web UI appears to be in a limited "Research preview" state that doesn't fully sync with the desktop app.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://claude.ai/code/scheduled → "Failed to load scheduled tasks"
2. Check session list in web UI → missing recent sessions that appear in desktop app
3. Try handoff/remote control → connection fails
