[Bug] Excessive token consumption with Opus 4.6 1M context window since March 23

Bug Description
Dear team Anthropic,
I’ve been heavily impacted by the rapid usage drain issue on Claude Code since around March 23.
I’m on a paid Max 5x plan and have been using Opus 4.6 with 1M context. Even very light usage (sometimes just one or two short prompts) has been consuming an unusually high amount of my 5-hour session limit (often 20-80%+ per message or hitting the limit in under an hour)
This has made it extremely difficult to get real work done. Boris Cherny and Lydia Hallie recently acknowledged this issue publicly via X/twitter and mentioned that the team is offering one-time credits to affected users.
I would like to request the one-time credit (or refund option) that was mentioned for users impacted by this bug.
