[Bug] Code execution triggered prematurely despite conditional timing instructions

Bug Description
I gave claude specific instructions to run my code after my tokens had been renewed, at 8:01 AM HST 4/4/26. instead it ran immediately without my permissio because I said we were ready to go (at 8:01 AM, which I had already stated at the outset!) I should not be charged. The credit should come out of my allowance after it renews! this is a bait and switch if a human did it. Completely unethical. Probably won't get a human though: :(
