Configurable companion bubble display duration

Feature Request

The companion (buddy/pet) speech bubble messages disappear too quickly to read, especially when they contain useful observations about the current work.

Requested Change

Add a configurable setting for the companion speech bubble display duration, e.g.:

}

Default could stay as-is, but power users who rely on their companion's feedback (mine catches stale doc counts and git issues) would benefit from longer display times.

Current Behavior

Bubble duration is hardcoded in the UI. No setting exists to adjust it.

Use Case

The companion sometimes flags real issues (outdated docs, missing files, config problems) that are easy to miss if the bubble disappears in 2-3 seconds. A 8-10 second duration would make these actionable without having to ask the companion to repeat itself.
