[BUG] Issue with Claude "Get Help" chat feature, Get Help chat stops responding : - Initial chat request responded correctly.

What's Wrong?

Description:

• When initiating chat from the Claude "Get Help" feature, the first request responds correctly.
• After some time, attempting to start another chat from "Get Help" produces no response.

Expected Behavior:

• Chat should consistently respond whenever initiated from "Get Help."

Actual Behavior:

• Chat responds only on the first attempt, then stops responding on subsequent attempts.

Environment:
-Chrome browser

Impact:

• Prevents users from accessing help after the initial interaction.

• Chat should consistently respond whenever initiated from "Get Help."

1. Open the Claude "Get Help" feature.
2. Initiate a chat — observe that it responds.
3. Wait for some time.
4. Attempt to initiate another chat from "Get Help."
5. Observe that no response is received.
