[BUG] Claude Code sometimes does not continue. Need a ping message (status|continue)

What's Wrong?

Sometimes in a session Claude Code just stops. It needs a message like ping or continue to resume.

Also sometimes a Teammate does not report back. It just idles around and need also a message to continue. Eg. send findings back to head of team.

What Should Happen?

Claude Code / Teammates must work until finished.
