[Bug] Sonnet model consuming tokens faster than expected in multi-sprint sessions

Bug Description
My token limit ran out compartively fast for the last three session. Both session and weekly. In the initial ones i used to proceed with 3 to 4 sprints/milestones within a session. I use sonnet for coding. I do the planning on opus via cowork desktop except the last two (due to token running out). I'm even using a optimized CLAUDE.md and via a planned workflow. Also doing this outside the peak hours.
