[Bug] Rate limit consumed faster than expected with Sonnet-only usage across all models

Question

**Bug Description**
The limit is used up very quickly. I used to be able to work on two or three projects a week without any problems, but now the limit for one project is not enough. The consumption has become much higher. 
I also used only Sonnet, and the consumption went to “all models,” even though logically the limit should be consumed only by Sonnet, because it says “only Sonnet.” This is very strange and completely incomprehensible...
