When Applying Code in Windsurf, Claude Code Opens Changes in the Same "Tab Group" as itself

Bug Description
When using Claude Code within Windsurf, when applying changes, a new tab that shows the diffs is created in the same "tab group" as Claude Code. This is inconvenient because in order to see the changes, I need to switch to the other tab or drag it to another group, and then go back to Claude Code and approve/deny the changes. At the very least, I would like for the diff inspector to be launched in a different tab group than Claude Code so that I can look at both simultaneously. If this were added in, it would greatly improve the IDE integration with Windsurf.
