[Bug] Model hangs when applying changes after extended thinking

Bug Description
when model is gonna to apply his thinking to modify the file then it looks like it can't\
\
he is saying he is editing file when asked but basically time is passing, no token usage and increasing frustration on my side\
\
it happens many times in last two days. it happens when model has to think about problem before applying results. when i copy thinking results from console and ask to apply in new session it works fine.
