[BUG] Technical enforcement layer failed in Claude Code

What's Wrong?

• settings.Local. json onLy allows Bash(git status:*)
• git add and git commit executed without approval prompt
• Expected: permission prompt for both commands

What Should Happen?

Claude Code should have asked for permission to add Git add and commit based on my settings.local.json.

I have added restriction for Claude to auto-commit to git. But it failed one time
