[Feature Request] Add clipboard image paste support (Ctrl+V) to Claude Code terminal

Bug Description
Feature request: Support pasting images from clipboard (Ctrl+V or Alt+V) directly into Claude Code terminal. Current workaround of saving screenshots to file and dragging them in is cumbersome, especially on Windows with Snipping Tool. Native clipboard image support would dramatically improve the workflow for sharing screenshots, error messages, and UI references with Claude.
