Voice mode: Space push-to-talk flickers on Windows Terminal + WSL2 due to key repeat

Description

Voice mode flickers rapidly between "waiting for input" and recording when holding Space, making it impossible to use push-to-talk.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Windows Terminal running Ubuntu WSL2
2. Launch Claude Code
3. Run /voice
4. Hold Space to record

The recording state flickers/toggles rapidly instead of staying in recording mode.

Attempted fixes

• Changed Windows keyboard repeat delay and rate settings
• Logged out and back in to apply changes
• Issue persists regardless of repeat settings

• Shell: WSL2 Ubuntu
• OS: Linux 6.6.87.2-microsoft-standard-WSL2 (WSL2)
• Host OS: Windows
