[BUG] False "Update available" notification in Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Claude Code displays the message Update available! Run:
brew upgrade claude-code even when the installed version is already
the latest. The notification is also incorrect — the brew formula
is named claude, not claude-code.

What Should Happen?

Update notification shown with incorrect command
(brew upgrade claude-code instead of brew upgrade claude).

1. Install Claude Code via Homebrew
2. Ensure it is up to date (brew upgrade claude)
3. Run claude — spurious update notification appears
