Sandbox network approval dialog should display the requested domain/URL

When allowManagedDomainsOnly: true is set and a process attempts to connect to a non-allowed domain, the approval prompt does not display which domain is being requested. This makes it impossible to make an informed allow/deny decision.
Expected: Prompt shows the blocked domain (e.g. "Allow access to example.com?")
Actual: Generic prompt with no domain info
